What type of enzymes are you looking for? Systemic enzymes or digestive enzymes?

I have Lisa’s book but I can’t get the ones she mentions in the UK. So I’m sure which ones I need take need for phase 4. I’m confused if I need just digestive ones or both.
I know it mentions to take one or 2 antifungals foods, 2 or 3 natural antifungals, enzymes and to follow the diet.
    Thank you for helping me.

A good place to start would be to look for some lumbrokinase. That’s a good systemic enzyme that will help to break down the Candida biofilms.
