Hi there, I have an egg allergy and am just starting the detox today. I’ve found info about how sub for eggs when baking in the later phases, but I’m struggling to find info on what to do in the detox phase if you can’t eat eggs. Eating nothing but non-starchy veggies and some oils for 3-7 seems impossible. I had broccoli with olive oil and seasoning for breakfast and was still starving, so I some guacamole as a snack, but I’m still really hungry. I’m planning to have some zucchini with tomato sauce (no sugar) a little later, but I don’t know how I can do this for more than a day or two with zero protein and hardly any carbs. Any advice would be much appreciated!
