Ive had quite a lot of almonds during my treatment, and every time afterwards, I felt I should stop eating them. But temptation often beat me.
Long story short – they will cause a die off, cause an inflammation (I would consider them as pro inflammatory when candida is present) and lead to adrenal stress. In turn your immune system will get weak, and candida wont back off.
You have to make sure, that you feel good when you use this kind of antifungals. If you don’t fell good, and still use them, the rate of the treatment will decrease dramatically.
