Hello, I have recently started doing the Candida diet as doctor prescribed anti-fungals haven’t fixed it. I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on Dried Monk Fruit as a sweetener alternative? From what I can tell the dried fruit has only trace amounts of fructose and glucose and contains some beneficial anti-fungal/antibacterial qualities.
Has anyone tested Dried Monk Fruit as a replacement sweetener for their candida diet?
