I had never heard of the McCombs’s plan/supplements until tonight. Anyone know if it is truly successful? Just curious about it…May 10, 2012 at 8:53 am #81455

I think its successful if you have a mild case of candida, but most people who are here have an epidemic version of candida…where they are very ill.
The supplements he promotes aren’t really that different than what you can get at your local vitamin store; you can purchase probiotics, antifungals, bioflavanoids, red clover, etc. all at the local vitamin store. He just takes this stuff and puts his name on it, its not really all that special.
His plan is created in a manner to reach a cure in as long of a time period as possible; thats why he sells his own products so that he can make millions off of people’s suffering. Its an OK stage 2 plan to follow, but when you are starting out, you need to be very careful.
One of the cornerstones of his treatment is to sweat out the toxins by doing steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, etc…and this is the best thing about his plan because it is very effective for cleansing the body.

Thank you for your reply. I was just shocked by his allowed foods list. I’m doing the one on here…but was just curious about his. Thank you. And it is so expensive!!!
His is very clear…it would be so nice if the forum on here was a little more simple to understand…I get so confused reading so many things.May 10, 2012 at 3:59 pm #81494

Raster and I try to make our instructions as simple and clear as possible. If you’re reading virtually all the posts containing different ideas here on the forum, maybe you’re reading too many posts all at one time because I’ve seen that happen with others. Try to decide what you want to do and follow the people who advocate the plan you believe in. You simply have to decide which way you want to go because no one can do that part for you. Our protocol is disigned as simple as we’ve been able to make it so far, but if you decide to follow it and don’t understand something about it, that’s what the forum and PM’s are for, just ask us in other words. That’s why we’re here, to help those who have a problem with understanding or following the protocol.
And you’re only going to continue to confuse yourself if you’re reading several different protocols at the same time, so I would try to pick one, focus on it and ignore the others.
If you see a way of clarifying our protocol and explanations here to make it all easier to comprehend, we are more than glad to listen to constructive ideas.

Able… you are right, I’ve been reading way too much trying to figure things out! I struggle asking questions.. I sometimes feel like I ask too many and that I’m a bother. And I struggle to put the facts all together sometimes and know what to do with them. I’m kinda a simpleton… Day 1…do this, Day 2…do this, etc. I so want to do it “right” that I confuse myself. I’m sticking to yours and glad you and others are here to help along the way…thank you!!!
