I read about how Tumeric is a great anti-oxidant and anti-inflammantory. I was heard it boosts the immune system and helps prevent cancer and blood clots, but does Tumeric have any anti-fungal properties? Is it a viable anti-fungal?

Yeah but u need to eat it a lot and pretty often.
I eat about 3x 400g natural / probiotic yogurths a day and i use about 10g tumeric and 5g of cinammon per one yogurth. I also add some linseed oil or i just drink 20ml of it after eatin.
