    Hi Everyone,
    I’m beginning Phase 1 tomorrow and I’m trying to map out what supplements to take when….I know I won’t be adding some of these until Phase 3 and 4, but I want to already have a schedule in place for then. Any feedback would be appreciated.

    Upon Waking – Chlorella
    ½ Hr before Breakfast – Detoxifier drink
    Breakfast – Molybdenum, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3
    Mid-Morning – Oil of Oregano, Olive Leaf
    1 Hr before Lunch – Lumbrokinase
    ½ Hr before Lunch – Detoxifier drink
    Lunch – Nattokinase
    Mid-Afternoon – Oil of Oregano, Coconut Oil
    1 Hr before Dinner – Lumbrokinase
    ½ Hr before Breakfast – Detoxifier drink
    Dinner – Probiotics
    Before Bedtime – L-Glutamine

    For me, there are 3 major rules:

    1. Don’t take probiotics with antifungals.
    2. Take your probiotics with food or just before a meal.
    3. Don’t take chlorella (or other toxin binders) with anything else.

    I think you have all of those covered! You could probably take a few more things together, just to save time, as long as you follow those rules 🙂

    I was trying to follow those rules along with what was instructed on the bottles too.
