Do you have to see candida in stool to have candida? I’ve never seen it, but I’m pretty sure candida is at least a part of my problem.

You will see candida if you do an enema but that’s something I wouldn’t recommend for someone just starting out. After a few weeks it might come out from your gums like it did mine when I was on the diet.

I’ve been on a diet for 3,5 months + antifungals, but I’ve never seen candida. Sometimes I get extreme diarrhea as die-off symtom, but not even then I can see it. Come out from your gums? How does that look like? Thank you!
