Does anyone here know if B vitamins other than Biotin which I believe fights candida actually feed candida and make it worse?

Also are there are B formulas you all like?

I can’t do a lot of fillers like magnesium sterate etc.

Nope, B vitamins don’t feed candida. Candida depends primarily on sugars, although some people believe that it can metabolize fats if there are no carbohydrates at all.

The Thorne Research B-Complex is pretty good, I think. But there are lots of good options out there.
