INGREDIENTS: 3 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise 1 tablespoon organic butter, melted 1/4 teaspoon dill weed Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS: 1. Place zucchini in a skillet and cover with water; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook until tender, about 12-14 minutes. Drain; brush with butter. Sprinkle with dill and salt and pepper if desired.
