I have been following the candida diet since the beginning of December. About 5 weeks in I had a menstral cycle that was 21 days long, short but not abnormal for me. The next month, my cycle was 30 days long, my longest in like 6 years. But I haven’t had a cycle since January 28. I was wondering if anyone else has seen a cesation in their cycles since starting this diet, or if this is related to something else.
Thanks.March 13, 2012 at 7:57 am #75697

I am also having cycles that are light and shorter. This time only 20 days. If you go back a few pages on the general discussion there are a bunch of posts of other women who are experiencing a variety of changes. Under the title menstruation and detoxing. In the past while on a different detox I also experienced changes. It is quite normal as our bodies are adjusting to a severe change in diet and it does what it has to for survival.
