I’ve been on the diet now for about 6 months – Ive lost weight, feel a bit better, still have some issues with digestion though. I still always feel bloated, even after just drinking a glass of water!
I do know, from reading on the forum, that I eat some things which I still have to cut out, like brown rice (maybe 2-3 times a week?), almonds, and infrequently diary (mainly feta cheese). So, it looks like next step is to remove brown rice completely.
As my main snack I also eat raw coconut (the “hard” meat, not the soft stuff).
My main questions are –
1) Is eating the coconut ok? 2) For breakfast some days I have puffed amaranth with natural yoghurt and coconut. is it ok? 3) Whats the deal with tomato? I still eat it.
Other than that my diet is fish and chicken, eggs (omelettes), veges, herbal teas and supplements.
