So I finally went back to work today and to my surprise my head did half decent but it was my throat that gave me the most trouble. Almost to the point of alarming me a bit.
I had really tight throat muscles and somewhat of a sore throat although it wasn’t too bad and horse voice from talking all day.
My question is, as my head has seemingly improved little by little, my ears have been going crazy with fullness, itchiness etc. That feeling that you have crap in there (sorry to be gross). I can only assume it’s the candida and it’s partially causing my throat and neck muscle issues.
What I’m wondering is should I be concerned about an ear infection? I’m fairly confident it’s the candida so I don’t really want to go to the doctors and have them prescribe me antibiotics. Is this something I can just wait out and it will improve as the candida continues to clear up?
I just really want to avoid antibiotics if all possible.
Thanks guysJune 8, 2013 at 4:07 am #105940

I can relate to both the throat pain and the ear symptoms. I think it is all related to candida.June 8, 2013 at 2:31 pm #105951

It is very weird. I feel like as old symptoms get a little better. Other symptoms get worse. Like it started out as my sinus’s and headaches being the absolute worst thing and even though that isn’t 100 percent better it has improved. Now it’s vertigo and ear problems which obviously are interconnected I would assume. Back in early May, it started out with fluid being in my ears. The fluid is gone but now they are crazy itchy and feel like they are still full of something, not fluid but something.
I can kinda feel it all the way down the side of my neck into my throat too. Like the passage that goes from your ears to your throat so it’s probably making my throat worse too I think.
However,I got home from work last night and it was awful. Sore neck, voice was shot and throat was pretty sore. I ate half a rutabaga before bed and I woke up with what felt like the biggest hangover. Like literally it felt like a night of drinking too much. I had that headache in the back of my head and extremely sore neck. 4 hours later it has subsided and I honestly don’t feel all that bad. My throat is pretty decent actually right now. Maybe since I ate the rutabaga before bed, it was working overtime while I was sleeping killing candida.
Anybody who is looking for something to eat, rutabaga fries!June 8, 2013 at 5:18 pm #105957

I love them! Probably more so cause my diet has been so restrictive that I appreciate anything that isn’t green lol.
You know what I’ve just realized today. I’ve had cold hands and feet for the past 10 years and never have attributed them to being a candida issue. After being on the diet for 4 weeks, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my circulation to my feet and hands. So much so that they sometimes sweat when under blankets. That’s never happened to me before! No matter what time of the year in the past I could touch my foot to my leg and it would be ice cold.
I wonder what causes poor circulation to the hands and the feet cause I’ve noticed moderate body aches as one of my die off symptoms in my legs and arms the last couple weeks. I wonder if candida can actually get into your extremities? And as you kill them off it causes body aches in your legs and arms therefore freeing up blood flow for better circulation? I wonder what Able would say to thatJune 8, 2013 at 8:42 pm #105974
im not sure but i have the same weakness in my arms and legs as u and in the very beginning it was so bad just to lift my arm was exhausting !
