This is my third day on the cleanse. And I am experiencing too many die off symptoms like.
Elevated heartbeat. (I could feel it before I wake up and after that for a few hours)
Hunger. (Just thinking of eating vegetable and herbs again makes me puke)
Coldness. I feel like I am going to have a fever.
I want to skip the cleanse today to get more options of the food to eat, but the problem is I am having constipation right now, and worried about all the toxic wastes are still inside my body. I am drinking lots of water but it is now working at all.
I think the above symptoms are a sign that I have severe candida infestation. I have never felt this bad in my life. The headache even right now is just too much to handle.
I want to continue the diet by skipping to the stricct diett because of the severity of the symptoms I am experiencing.
My questions is it okey for me to skip without flushing the toxic wastes?April 20, 2012 at 11:58 pm #79622

Its okay to skip the cleanse many members did not do the cleanse and they still reached a cure, however doing the cleanse could shorten the recovery time by flushing out the colon and getting rid of all the garbage.April 21, 2012 at 6:13 am #79634

Hey ichigo, I have just gone through what you are going through now. I did 3 days of the cleanse without any eggs. On day 4 I started adding eggs and I feel much better. Day 3 was the worst for me although I had different reactions to you. I’m on day 5 now.
I’m not saying that adding eggs is what made me feel better, (maybe you’ve been having eggs all the time, i dont know) but just that I feel better now compared to the worst i’ve ever felt.
So from my experience alone i would suggest you hang in there because you may soon feel better. And be sure you are taking all the right things to help with the die off.
Edit, i’m also not saying to not move onto the actual diet – that is totally up to you.
