I have been trying to clean up my act for a couple months, following the eat from the eat all you want list. Limited organic meat. I am on the Candida 1 & 2 and Candizyme, and 100 million probiotics and am feeling much better but when i do feel die off, does die off actually feel the same as if you cheated. I think I overdue coconut and avocado (no sugar) and sometimes i just pig out on good carbs., like broccoli, cauliflower, celery. I don’t get full but i keep munching. I am on a sauna regime right now. Not too long, not too hot, on my 5th day…my face is feeling better but my eyes still flare up and the edges my mouth.
