In the past week I’ve increased my intake of coconut oil from about 1-2 tablespoons to 6 tablespoons a day. Yesterday I got really bad stomach cramps, diarrhea, a minor headache with some chills. I took some Imodium AD thinking it was from food poisoning or eating too much the night before. The Imodium helped but today I feel fatigue. I am wondering if this is die off or it really is food poisoning? Any thoughts?
