    Hello Everyone,

I am on day 4 of the Detox week (Stage 1) and i have not had any bowel movements. Is this normal. Should i have a bowel moment by now? Am i doing something wrong? I am positive I am following everything to the ‘T’.

NEED HELP….I NEED A BOWEL MOVEMENT

I also have dropped 9 lbs in 4 days is this normal?

They should be moving with the psyllium and you need to defintely get them eliminating.

Are you drinking loads of water? Try drinking warm water with lemon..

You could also get an enema from the drugstore, that will work.

Well on a detox I drink about 3-4 liters including the broth soups. You can also get some ALoe Vera juice or tablets.

Yes i am drinking about that as well.

Not a big fan of the aloe juice unless it is the sweetened kind. Any other suggestions?

Also use a straw with the lemon juice..It’s hard on your tooth enamel.

    I will try that.

My concern is that…isn’t this suppose to be the whole point of the “colone cleanse”is to get rid of all they bile and toxins? why isn’t it making me go?

Yes you should be going but try not to stress, it will only make it worse.
Try some natural remedies and maybe take a hot bath to get your circulation going.
How do you feel BTW? It gets easier after 4 days…

I am feeling very very tired and weak. I have absolutly no energy at all. Is this normal.
I have lost 9 lbs without bowel movement.
I am actually finding it harder.
the ginger and garlic liver clease is making me gag and i feel nausiated after i drink it. Is this normal?

I feel so lost with what should be actually happening on this cleanse?

I don’t even know if the candida is leaving my body

Fatigue and weakness are normal..don’t worry you are doing well.
Maybe you should have a cup of brown rice. It won’t harm your cleanse and should help you go.
The weight loss is mostly water but remember you’ve stopped feeding the candida and are starving it so it will help remove the candida. Think positive:)
Yeah, the liver cleanse drink for some people is torture but stay with it! I actually like it. Very weird, I know.

I’m so new to this Candida way of life and trying to adjust into the drastic changes by dropping one vice at a time. One thing I wanted to say is that I have been drinking 9.5 pH Kangen alkaline water for a year now which is what could have prevented my Candida diagnosis from being worse. Write me if you want to know more about the benefits of drinking my “magical” water (as I call it) and I intend to now drink over 100 ounces per day and more if I can manage it. I thank all of you for writing as it is a source of support as we adjust to a new way of nutrition. Detox will be quite the challenge but I guess we all need to remember that the outcome will be a candida-free body ! Nancy
