I am new to this journey, and have fully removed: yeast, sugar, dairy, soy, and wheat from my daily menus since December 23, 2013. Therefore, the only ‘desserts’ per se that I have been eating are Granny Smith Apples (with Almond Butter on them) or a small bowl of blueberries/raspberries. I really would prefer something else to those few things. Anyone else have any suggestions minding my list above of foods removed? Links to those recipes would be great, too. Thanks.
