Hello guys. I have been through alot and I eat very sugar because I am on depression and tired. Well I started had constipation and bloating when I started felling depressive. This are my only symptoms. I never had headaches, acne, psoriase, infections, brain fog and never had a cold. Could my constipation and bloating be causes of candida? Or maybe is my depression causing bloating and constipation? I´m so confuse.

It’s all possible…the only way to know for certain is if you start the diet! Or you can get expensive non-conclusive tests…

    Check out the protocol:

Jose, you don’t eat sugar because you’re depressed and tired, you’re depressed and tired because you eat sugar.

Start the diet, read the protocol, follow the instructions. Whether you have Candida or not, you’ll feel better on the diet.
