I’m on day 8 of my candida diet. I’ve had a couple surprises and had to change my diet slightly.
First I was eating a little bit of plain kefir, but I noticed it had 8 grams of sugar per serving. So I stopped taking it. I also looked up Greek yogurt in the store but everyone of the products has sugar in it.
So far, I haven’t had any die off symptoms yet. How long does it take? The sugar cravings are intense.
