    I am on day 11 of only vegetables, greens, protein, and water. I have been taking an anti candida/fungel supplement, a multivitamin for women, a probiotic, grapefruit seed extract, and ginger root supplement. Most of my symptoms seem to be better or gone, except for a small yeast rash under my left breast, which I assume is from sweating so much, and my acid reflux/asthma dry cough is as nad as it’s been in years. All the supplements are gluten free, dairy free, and sugar free. I am not eating any starches, or fruits, or dairy, or grains. Anyone have a way to get rid of this horrible cough? I read somewhere that eating plain yogurt may help.
