My question is I know that dairy doesn’t effect my personal digestive system negativly…so can I eat cheese that is lactose free (sparingly of course) and it will not affect my healing process? The fresher the cheese the better…do not go for the aged stuff. -rasterAuthor Posts Viewing 2 posts - 1 through 2 (of 2 total)The topic ‘Dairy – can i eat lactose free cheese’ is closed to new replies.
