This topic contains 1 reply, has 2 voices, and was last updated by raster 4 years, 2 months ago.
So I know that dairy is “out” because of lactose (milk sugar) and because it irriates alot of people/lactose intolerance.
My question is I know that dairy doesn’t effect my personal digestive system negativly…so can I eat cheese that is lactose free (sparingly of course) and it will not affect my healing process?
I would treat it as a big cheat item that you save for special occassions. The fresher the cheese the better…do not go for the aged stuff.
