    I’m just wondering what people think daily nutritional goals should be in Phase 4? What caloric intake, how many grams of carbs, fats, protein, etc?

    I’m struggling because the diet is mostly vegetables, but I’m supposed to be low in carbs too. I don’t understand how to do this.

    Where did you see phase 4? Never heard of this phase…

    You should generally try to eat as much food as possible.

    Should I restrict calories or carbs or anything? For example, I noticed a cup of coconut milk has over 500 calories and coconut flour is very high in carbs. Should I care about that? Thanks!

    I wouldn’t worry about carbs…you need carbs to be healthy. Unless you have other sources of cholesterol in your diet, the coconut milk shouldn’t be that bad for you. One thing to keep in mind with the coconut milk is that its highly inflammatory and may not have many health benefits.
