I would like some advice on bee pollen if anyone has any knowledge?
Every morning I have between 1/2 and 1 teaspoon of bee pollen. I didn’t even think of the dreaded ” ‘ose ” that could be present in it, all I’ve ever thought about were the never ending list of benefits. I’ve tried to find some nutritional information, and came across this website, http://www.alternativescentral.com/beepollen.htm
It mentions pollen containing fructose, glucose etc however it also talks about so many positive things that I’m not sure what to do ?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.
