    There is a crystal light sweetened w/stevia. Would this be ok on the diet?

    Hi, it’s probably not a good idea until you are at a much later stage in your diet since it has 3grams of sugar and carbohydrates in it (includes pure cane sugar). It would be better if you just squeeze some fresh lemon to water and add some stevia.

    3g is pretty low though…there might be 3g of sugar in a lemon also. However, this would be a better alternative since its a more natural source of sugar whereas the crystal light has cane sugar.
