I could eat a whole pack of nori sheets this way! This recipe includes Thai green curry but omit it on early stages (I think it contains sugar) and just use homemade chili oil (with organic olive oil). Still great!
Oh, dear, just saw this! Thanks so much for the comment (thrilled that you liked them)–and so sorry for not seeing this earlier! Many green curry pastes do contain sugar–but you can use any curry paste, or just make your own. 🙂
