I have been eating creamy buckwheat cereal (Bob’s) for years. It has never caused a problem. Groats seemed to be an issue at a point, so I ceased eating those a while ago. However, I recently tried to make the buckwheat cereal a different way—rather than in a pot (like a cereal), I baked them with coconut oil on a cookie sheet in the open. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence, but twice a rash on my arm either got worse or re-emerged. How could this be? Is it possible the SAME food, cooked in just a different medium, could cause problems??

Sounds like it, not sure what is going on but its likely easier to digest when cooked into a creamy like texture.

Yeah, maybe that’s why. I typically take my digestive supplements with meals- not snacks (which is what I ate this as), so maybe if I took a supplement with it, it would go down easier. I’m guessing this is because of Leaky Gut, right?
