I made some no sugar Cranberry Sauce for Thanksgiving. I took the reccomended amount of water and boiled it on the stove with the cranberries. I did not add sugar or anything. I am wondering if it is ok to eat this? Are cranberries high in sugar.

This is an item that should be left alone until the 2nd or 3rd stage. The sugar may or may not be high for a fruit, but the point is that they have more sugar per serving than anyone should be eating during the Candida treatment. I’ll bet there will be so much other food that you won’t even miss them.
