Anyone know a brand of cracker to eat with almond butter for a snack or breakfast?

Will these set my progress back? I know they contain soy, but I’m dying for a cracker

These pretzels don’t contain soy, just produced in a factory where soy is:

Apparently they’re easy to make with buckwheat flour. Just 20 minutes or so in the oven. You could mix in olives and herbs and whatever to give them a bit of flavour too. Just try googling for ‘buckwheat cracker recipe’ or something.

There are loads of things in there that would feed your Candida – brown rice, any kind of seeds. (By the way, I wouldn’t be having almond butter either if you’re just starting out)

The only one I’ve found is Amisa Buckwheat crispbread. It’s organic and only contains wholemeal buckwheat flour & sea salt.

Not these ones is it? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Amisa-Organic-Buckwheat-Crispbread-Pack/dp/product-description/B0069KPSPC/ It says 2% whole cane sugar.

I wouldn’t mess with those crackers kad until you are fully healed. You can make homemade crackers if you find the right recipe.
