    Hi Guys,

    I’vebeen doing more reading on the site and soem of you xylitol ok and others say to only use stevia….

    What’s the final verdict??? or is there one.

    Some people have experienced problems with xylitol in the early part of their treatment, in this case one should hold off on using it until the 2nd phase of the treatment. Otherwise, use of it should not present a problem.

    I don’t use Xylitol, but it doesn’t feed candida. The problem with Xylitol in my view is it is bactericidal. If you are trying to recover the bacterial balance in the intestines, it may not be a good option.
