Hi, I think I got a cold or flu a few days ago at my buddy’s wedding and I’m not sure how to treat it. I was taking my probiotics and 3 tsp coconut oil, 3 red clover pills and a little garlic, but the die off and cold/flu symptoms became too much. Now I’m just down to garlic and my probiotic. I’m drinking lots of water and taking acetaminophen even though it causes stomach inflammation because I need the fever to be under control. Does anybody know what I can do to start feeling better and keep the candida in check as well? Please respond.

I would consider trying out acupuncture or a hot springs mineral bath which will both heal the body and bring immediate relief.

I would also take (lots of) vitamin C and some trace minerals such as calcium, zinc, magnesium, etc.

It might be die-off instead of the cold…the symptoms are very similar.

Cod liver oil can also boost the immune system.
