CoQ10 is most often helpful with heart problems and decreasing blood pressure, and it’s used by the body to convert fats and sugars into cellular energy. I can see how it could help improve mitochondria as well as helping the energy output of the immune system, but do you have research that you’re basing this on?July 5, 2013 at 7:35 pm #107287

I think I saw somewhere that CoQ10 is really bad if you have a candida infestation. Perhaps from Eric Bakker? Perhaps elsewhere…
Having said that, knowing the internet, there are probably 10 valid reasons against it and 10 valid reasons for it. I’m just giving you a heads up.July 5, 2013 at 8:59 pm #107290

Mega doses are used in the Hulda Clark protocol against parasites.
Is that what You mean?
I have used mega doses of Co Q10 many times.
Not sure if it worked, I had die-off symptoms, but nothing in the toilet.July 7, 2013 at 2:37 am #107340
