Hi! I just started the candida diet and I’ll be baking some things that include coconut milk (such as the coconut bread on this website). They usually say to use canned coconut milk and just use the solid part, but is this just “coconut cream” or is that something completely different?
Also, are there any brands you recommend? I checked some “regular” stores like Walmart for canned coconut milk, but after doing a quick Google search, it looks like both the brands they have contain BPAs. I’m going to check Trader Joe’s next. I want to make sure whatever I get is safe to consume.
