Is this an okay product to use? Does it “count” for my morning coconut oil?
yes it’s acceptable food & no it’s not coconut oil
Coconut Manna or Coconut Butter is allowed in phase 1 of the diet.
I just started using it. It is super Yummy!!. Not cheap though but definitely worth it . 🙂
