    Hi All,

Has anyone experienced die-off related symptoms from coconut flour? I thought it reasonably unlikely (although, presumably, it contains coconut oil)?

    Regards
    Len

If you’re talking about the coconut flour bread, and coconut oil is used in place of olive oil, I suppose it’s possible.

Able today I made coconut bread. But I think that I used to much coconut flour.
    So this are the ingredients:
    200 g coconut flour
    6 organics eggs
    3 tablespoon of olive oil.
    water.
    Sodium bicarbonate.

Is that healthy or should I discrease the coconut flour?
