I saw in another post that you have a recipe for Coconut Flour Bread, but I couldn’t find it anywhere on your website. I found a recipe on another website but am wondering if baking soda is OK to use in the recipe…
6 organic eggs 1/2 cup olive oil or half & half olive oil & ghee 1/2 teaspoon Celtic or Himalayan Sea Salt 3/4 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder 3/4 cup coconut flour
Directions Mix all ingredients together well and put into an oiled glass loaf pan. Press the loaf making it firm in the baking dish. Bake at 340 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes and test with a toothpick. The top should be a golden color.
Of course you can multiply the recipe by 1 1/2 or even doubled it for a large loaf (bake for at least 50 minutes if you do this).
