Hi Sanshou. It seems to just be the coconut flour, even in small amounts, e.g a coconut almond ball. Other things seem to affect me differently too, such as buckwheat flour giving me the runs! But I guess as my gut heals myself, these things will change. I’m loke you, when I eat too much of the one thing, my guts react. Thanks for your reply 🙂
Ya that seems to be a part of it, just experimenting with what effects you and what doesn’t. It took me awhile to find few things I really enjoy about the diet that didn’t negatively effect me, but they are out there, best of luck on your search.
