Sounds good, probably depends on what kind of oil they are cooked in. I eat alot of unsweetened organic coconut. I love it, and it is a natural enemy of candida.
I make my own almond joys. I take spoonful of coconut milk, heated so liquid, then add about cup of coconut. Teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa and packet of stevia. Then make into little balls and stick in freezer for a bit to harden up. Add almond if you like. Store in fridge. They taste like candy, and are good for me.
