I’m struggling with hunger on the diet and wondered when I can eat coconut bread? I finish the cleanse in two days then will start to eat a little more, but I could really use something bread-like. Is it ok to eat coconut bread or Teff bread at stage 1?

Are you following a web site’s diet or the forums stricter version? The forum’s stricter version, most of the people here follow, introduces one of these as a test food item one week after finishing the cleanse and starting the diet. Test food means you test one thing at a time and don’t change anything for a week and watch for reactions.
If you want to try the stricter diet, email Able900 for information about it.

The bread is a stage 1 item and is something that some people are allergic to. I would give the coconut bread a try first, and then maybe coconut/buckwheat, and then coconut/buckwheat/teff. You need to make sure you are not allergic to each individual flour, because if you started with the coconut/buckwheat/teff bread first…you would have no idea what you are allergic to!

There is also Almond flour… has a different taste but not as strong of a taste as the others.
