    I finally had some success with making coconut bread – YAY!!

    It’s very most, which is great, but it made me wonder how do you safely store this bread and how long does it last? I’m concerned about it going moldy, as I don’t eat more than maybe 1 piece/ day.

    Would freezing it take away the moisture?

    Just keep it in the bread pan and put saran wrap on it and it should last 6-7 days.

    Stick it in the fridge just to be on the safe side. Alternatively, eat a couple slices a day if you can handle it.
