Both coconut and oats made me sick prior to starting the Strict Diet. After two months I tested oat bran, and it still makes me sick, so oat bran will not be a part of my diet.
I’m wondering about coconut oil. It doesn’t make me sick the way coconut milk did prior to my diet, but I can tell it’s not my bodies favorite thing to consume. Can I heal myself without it given that it is so central to the Strict Diet?
