    Hi!
    Totally new, and am on day 1 of stage 1.
    Tonight I made a green veggie stir fry and used coconut aminos for the first time. I was expecting the salty taste of tamari, but instead it was really, really sweet. When I checked the ingredients, the coconut aminos contained coconut sugar and syrup. Is this OK? Can I use Braggs Aminos instead. I know they contain soy. At what point can I use a gluten free tamari again?

    The sugar in coconut aminos should mostly disappear during the fermentation process. The Coconut Secret brand is good – try that one.
