Here are some notes on cleansing… kind of a summary of Able’s post(s) in bullets.
Molybdenum (MAAC, 250mcg per tablet, mandatory, 3x/day)
Milk Thistle (150mg per capsule, 80% silymarin, 3x/day)
Vitamin C (1g per tablet, 3x/day)
Lemon water (~25oz, 4-5x/day)
Salt (preferably Himalayan, some every day)
Swedish digestive bitters (non-alcoholic, after each meal)
Nettle Leaf (capsule form, 1-3x/day)
Dandelion tea (roasted dandelion root tea)
Ashwaganda root (anti-cortisol supplement)
Probiotics (pre-existing regimen)
Bentonite detox drink (skipping for now because I was on one recently and Able’s post said not to do it for more than a week… and I was on mine for *8* weeks. Wondering what that did, actually.)
Liver flush (putting ginger into juices and EVOO into salads, so skipping this too)
DAILY SCHEDULE (APPROXIMATE)
8am 25oz lemon water, probiotics, Vit C, molyb, milk thistle, nettles
10am Green entree, 1 egg (optional) bitters, dandelion tea all day
12pm 25oz lemon water + chia seeds
2pm veggie juice: celery, cucumber, kale or chard, lemon, ginger root + bitters
4pm 25oz lemon water, probiotics, Vit C, molyb, milk thistle, nettles
6pm green entree + bitters
8pm 25oz lemon water
10pm 8oz water, probiotics, Vit C, molyb, milk thistle, nettles, and experimenting with:
ashwaganda+phosphatidyl serine, holy basil, and tonight will start experimenting with:
ZMA, DIM, 5g L-glutamine, tribulus
*probiotics currently consist of what I was taking previously. I will switch these soon.
*nettles is in supplement form, 3 times a day is within recommended dosage on bottle
*green entree includes steamed asparagus or broccoli, or kale sauteed in coconut oil with garlic, lettuce salad with EVOO and garlic powder
*some entrees include salt and/or cayenne pepper
Once detox is complete
Virgin coconut oil (e.g. Garden of Life Living Foods VCO)…
5 days after kefir
Probiotic with Lactobac. A. DDS-1
HMF Neuro Probiotics
Megaflora 50 billion w/ DDS-1
Raster has said Vit C should be taken with foods and probiotics can be taken with or without foods. Able has said probiotics are best taken on an empty stomach. The Vitamin C bottle says nothing about food, just to take it with water or juice.
I’m taking probiotics and Vit C at the same time on an empty stomach, away from food because it’s easier for me to keep track of everything that way, and because I think taking the probiotics on an empty stomach is more important than taking Vit C with food.

There’s a product called Seriphos in the states which is phosphylated serine which is much more effective at normalizing your cortisol than regular phosphatidyl serine. It’s also a fraction of the cost.
Both, however, are made from soy, which isn’t on the protocol.
