I read that chicory coffee was ok, but it tastes soooo good. There must be some draw backs surely! Also I have been sypmtom and die off free for 3 days now, even with a couple of cheats. Does this mean I’m getting closer to stage 2?
You mean you’ve been drinking chicory coffee? What product are you drinking? It sounds as though there’d be other things with it unless you were making it from scratch. Otherwise, from what I’ve looked up, chicory has little to no sugar, no starch. Basically nothing to be immediately concerned about.
Just be sure you get organic chicory coffee, that’s extremely important. Keep in mind that chicory coffee is caffeine free, but the postive point is that the beneficial flora in your system can live on chicory as it’s a prebiotic.
