Note: This recipe needs a minimum or one hour marinading time at least!
4 chicken breasts
3 tsp garam masala
1/4 chilli
1/4 ground corriandar
1/4 ground cumin
2 tsp tumeric
200g greek yoghurt
Optional: onion1) Cut the chicken into cubes
2) sprinkle the spices onto the chicken and stir in the yoghurt
3) If using onion slice and add to the dish
4) Put the chicken in the fridge for 1-2 hours for marinading
5) Put olive oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden (you can also put the raw chicken onto skewers and then grill them)This is a very good recipe because the chicken does come out very moist. The recipe also tastes great with chapatis, the recipe can be found here: http://www.thecandidadiet.com/forum/yaf_postst1351_Chapatis.aspx
