4 chicken breasts 2 eggs A bowl of Flour (can be any type suitable for the diet e.g. buckwheat, coconut etc) (OR instead of flour you can blend 5 slices of bread to get bread crumbs)
1) Cut the chicken breast into strips 2) Whip the eggs in a bowl 3) Dip each chicken strip into the bowl of egg and then roll it in the flour (OR bread crumbs). 4) Pour Olive oil into a frying pan and add the chicken strips. Drizzle some oil on top of them too. 5) Cook one side for 2-3 minutes then turn each piece over and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until golden.
