My neighbor has a thoroughbred horse who had ulcers, she now mixes chamomile tea in his food and he no longer has ulcers! It has got to also be good for ulcers in humans not to mention our adrenals…
Also, here are a few quotes from Raster:
-Chamomile tea is antifungal and improves your digestion. It gives you energy if you steep it longer than 8 mins.
-Caffeine drains your adrenal glands which you need for your immune system so it basically drains you. A great alternative is chamomile tea which gives you energy if you steep it longer than 8 mins.August 9, 2013 at 10:07 pm #108863

I find it relaxes me, i use it before bed every night in my expirence definatly no replacement for coffee which is rarely consumed before bed.
I also used it to get off weed, because the tea would still give me the “chill out feeling”.August 10, 2013 at 2:35 pm #108899

I can’t find anything about chamomile giving energy, is there something i’ve missed? It works sedative on me.
And I use it as a rotational antifungal. wiki says its fungistatic, but works well for me.
“Chemical compounds present within chamomile have demonstrated the ability to bind GABA receptors”
The same thing does benzodiazepines, a common anti anxiety drug/sedative/muscle relaxant.
Something about benzo’s: http://web.williams.edu/imput/synapse/pages/IIIA8.htm
Anything that reduces stress will help the adreanals AFAIK 🙂
