I’m currently on the carnivore diet. It seems to me that this way of eating is conducive towards eliminating candida. Is it possible for candida to be eliminated from meat alone? Which diet will expedite this whole candida elimination process faster- meat alone or the candida diet? I’m looking at some supplement products to pick up (anti-fungal, probiotics, etc). Does anyone have any experience with the global health center brand? I’m considering buying Mycozil, oregatrex, latero-flora, and oxy-powder. I also have other extra probiotic supps. Is it possible to take too many probiotics?

Hello, Balls. You should read Bee Wilder’s article titled “Why Probiotics Are Not Needed.”
