The essential oil of caraway (Carum carvi) contains carvone which has been shown to inhibit the transformation of Candida to its filamentous form (which is the pathogenic form) at very low concentrations. It is apparently more effective than Nystatin. I haven’t tried it, but didn’t want to hold back the information.

This is an article about carvone:

(Carvone and perillaldehyde interfere with the serum-induced formation of filamentous structures in Candida albicans at substantially lower concentrations than those causing significant inhibition of growth.)
