I keep hearing about everyone taking Caprlic Acid? So I went to Whole Foods, the girl showed me Capryl by Solaray. It has-

    Calcium (as caprylate) 162mg
    Magnesium (as caprylate) 82mg
    Zing (as caprylate) 7mg.

But I already got a 3-in-one pill with all these from Trader Joe’s, but the ing. read different.

    Calcium (as calcium carbonate) 1000mg
    Magnesium (as magnesium oxide) 500mg
    Zinc (as zinc oxide) 15mg

Which one do I keep? I’m sorry if this is a dumb?! I just don’t know about any of this stuff. I already opened and started the TJ’s one before I found this one at WF. Any help would be great!

    Thanks,
    Faith
